What is that task costing you?

Put in how often the task happens and what an hour of that person costs. The third number is roughly the build budget that pays for itself inside a year.

This is deliberately crude: it ignores error rates, the cost of the mistake nobody caught, and the days the task does not happen. It is meant to tell you whether a conversation is worth having, not to price a build.
