The systems we connect
We name every integration during scope, including the systems with no API, which we handle through database access or scheduled exports.
Accounts Payable Automation
Invoice keying is the single most common job we are asked to remove, and the one with the clearest arithmetic. Two people, a morning each, every day, and a stack of PDFs that all say the same six things in different places.
HubSpot
The CRM we deliver leads into most often. The trick is not writing to HubSpot, it is deciding what deserves to be written at all.
Invoice Automation
The other half of the paperwork. Invoices that should have gone out on Friday, went out on Wednesday, for the wrong amount, and then nobody chased them.
Make
Plenty of businesses arrive with Make already in place and something half-built in it. We fix it, extend it, or move it, depending on which is cheaper.
Microsoft 365
Shared mailboxes, SharePoint and Teams are where most document work actually lives, whatever system it is supposed to live in.
n8n
Most of what we build runs on n8n, self-hosted in a UK or EU region. It is inspectable, portable and it does not charge per task, which matters at volume.
Pipedrive
Common in smaller sales teams, and a good fit for lead engines because the pipeline model is simple enough to automate honestly.
QuickBooks
Similar shape to Xero, with a few more quirks around VAT handling and attachments. Both are well-trodden ground for us.
Sage
Most of the invoice re-typing we remove ends up in Sage. It is the system we have connected more often than any other, including the desktop versions people assume cannot be automated.
Salesforce
Where there is Salesforce there is usually an admin with opinions, which makes the work easier. We build to their rules.
Shopify
Order status, returns and stock questions are the same twelve conversations all day. Shopify exposes everything needed to answer them properly.
WhatsApp Business
For a lot of UK trade and retail customers WhatsApp is the channel they actually use. Moving them off it is how automation projects die.
WooCommerce
More variable than Shopify because every install has its own plugins. We map what is actually there before promising anything.
Xero
Xero has a clean API, which means the automation is usually straightforward and the interesting work is in the matching rules rather than the plumbing.
