Why this work is worth doing
Generic AI training produces a room of people who enjoyed the morning and change nothing on Monday. The reason is that it teaches the tool rather than the job.
We build the session around four or five tasks your team actually does, using your own documents, and we leave behind something written so the person who was on holiday can still catch up.
What we build
- /01
Workshop
Half a day, on site or remote, built around your real tasks and your own material. Maximum twelve people so everyone gets hands on.
- /02
Written playbooks
One page per task: what to use, what to paste in, what to check before it goes out.
- /03
Prompt library
Kept somewhere the team already looks, with the prompts that survived the workshop rather than a hundred that did not.
- /04
Follow-up clinic
An hour a month later, when people have real questions instead of polite ones.
What a session covers
- 01BeforeWe collect four or five tasks per role and the documents that go with them.
- 02Ground rulesWhat must never be pasted into a public tool, and why. Fifteen minutes, no jargon.
- 03Hands onEach role works their own tasks, with us in the room fixing what does not work.
- 04ChecksHow to tell when the output is wrong, which is the part most training skips.
- 05AfterPlaybooks and prompt library delivered within two working days.
Questions we get about AI Training for Teams
How many people can attend?
Twelve is the limit for a hands-on session. Beyond that we run two sessions rather than turn it into a lecture.
Do you cover the risks?
Yes, first, and in plain terms. What not to paste in, how to spot a confident wrong answer, and what your obligations are.
Is it tool-specific?
We teach the tools you have licences for. If you have none, we recommend based on the work rather than the vendor.
Can you train non-office staff?
Yes. Some of the best sessions have been with operations and warehouse teams, because the tasks are concrete.
What does a session include?
A half-day session for up to twelve people, the written playbooks and the prompt library, plus the follow-up clinic at week four. On site in Greater Manchester is included.
Will it stick?
The clinic at week four is what makes the difference, so we include it. Training without a follow-up decays inside a month.
