Why this work is worth doing
Salespeople who build their own lists spend a third of the week not selling. Bought lists solve that by being wrong: out of date, out of area, and out of the size band you actually serve.
We build the pipeline that does the finding, checks it against the signals that matter for your business, and writes the reason for the score onto the record so the person calling knows why they are calling.
What we build
- /01
Sourcing pipeline
Continuous discovery from the sources that fit your market, deduplicated against everything already in the CRM.
- /02
Scoring model
Built from your own won and lost deals, not a generic template. Every score carries its reasons in plain language.
- /03
CRM delivery
Ranked queue delivered into your CRM each morning, with enrichment attached and ownership already assigned.
From signal to a call worth making
- 01SourcedCompanies matching size, sector and geography, discovered continuously.
- 02EnrichedFilings, headcount movement, site count, tech in use, named contacts.
- 03ScoredAgainst the pattern of your last two years of closed deals.
- 04DeduplicatedChecked against the CRM so nobody calls an existing customer cold.
- 05DeliveredRanked queue in the CRM by 8am, with the reason for each score.
Questions we get about Lead Engines
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes, on a legitimate interest basis for B2B contact, with the assessment written down, a suppression list, and no consumer data. We will not build consumer prospecting.
Do you write the outreach too?
We can draft it and connect the sending, but we do not send high volume cold email on your behalf. That is your domain reputation to spend.
What if we have no CRM?
We can deliver into a shared board or a simple internal tool. A CRM is better and we will say so, but it is not a blocker.
How accurate is the scoring?
It improves as outcomes feed back. The first month is a baseline. By month three most clients are working the top two bands only.
Can it find companies like our best customers?
That is the usual starting point. You give us twenty accounts you would like more of and the model works backwards from them.
Who owns the data?
You do, and it stays in your CRM. We hold nothing that you cannot export.
