We automate the boring bit.
We design, build and run AI automations and AI agents for small and medium businesses, in Greater Manchester and across the UK. Connected to the systems you already use, running on infrastructure we maintain.
Most businesses don't need an AI strategy.
They need six specific recurring tasks to stop eating twenty hours a week. Here is what that usually looks like in a 20-person company.
AI Integration & Custom Tooling
Connect it to your actual stack: CRM, accounting, booking, inventory.
Four steps. It starts with one fixed-fee pilot.
Scope
2 sessionsThe first half of the fixed-fee pilot. You get a written plan, the integration list and the payback arithmetic.
Build
2–4 wksThe second half of the pilot, inside the same fee. A working system, not slideware. You see it running on real data before you sign anything off.
Run
24/7It runs on infrastructure we maintain. We get the alert before you do, and we fix it.
Report
MonthlyRuns completed, hours returned, money returned. One page. If the number stops making sense, we say so.
Example automations that show the kind of system we build. They are illustrations, not client results.
Quotes that get chased properly
Quotes go out and are never followed up consistently. Chasing runs on a schedule with the job detail attached, and stops the moment the customer replies.
Inspection evidence, always ready
Compliance evidence is gathered by hand from four systems before every inspection. The automation assembles it continuously, flags anything expiring inside 30 days, and produces the pack on demand.
Per-client reporting that builds itself
Each client wants a different weekly stock and movement report, and all of them are assembled by hand. Reports generate to each client format on their own schedule instead.
Order enquiries, answered in seconds
Order status, returns and stock questions fill the inbox. A web and WhatsApp agent answers from live order data and hands the rest to the team with the full transcript attached.
A prospect queue that arrives already qualified
Sales teams often build their own prospect lists. A sourcing and scoring pipeline replaces that, delivering a ranked queue into the CRM each morning with the reason for each score written on the record.
Invoice and manifest handling, removed
Supplier invoices and delivery manifests arrive as PDFs and get re-typed by hand every morning. An extraction and matching pipeline feeds them into the accounts system instead, with a review queue for anything below the confidence threshold.
What people ask before they call
Does it work with our existing software?
Yes. We name every integration during scope, including systems with no API, which we handle via database access or scheduled exports.
Where is our data processed?
UK or EU regions, under UK GDPR, with the data-flow diagram provided in writing. Business API tiers only, never consumer chat products.
Do we need anyone technical in-house?
No. We run and monitor it. The documentation is written for whoever comes after us.
What happens if it breaks?
We get the alert, not you. Failures appear in the monthly report with what caused them.
How long before it pays back?
Most builds worth doing pay back inside a year, usually well inside. If the arithmetic needs three years, we say so and suggest a better first task.
Tell us the task. We'll tell you if it's worth automating.
Twenty minutes is usually enough to know. If it isn't a good fit we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
