We build and run AI automations for the distribution businesses around Heywood. Most of that work sits on Heywood Distribution Park, between M66 junction 3 and M62 junction 19, and along Pilsworth Road, which runs over the Bury boundary. HPARK and the wider Northern Gateway scheme are next.
What we automate for Heywood’s distribution sites
-
Warehousing and 3PL
Client onboarding, SKU set-up and billing reconciliation between the WMS and the accounts package.
-
Transport and haulage
Carrier invoice checks, POD matching and delivery ETA updates sent without anyone copying from one screen to another.
-
Food and cold-chain distribution
Temperature and traceability records gathered into the pack customers and auditors ask for, when they ask.

Questions from Heywood businesses
Will you come to the distribution park?
Yes, Heywood is 30 minutes from us. For warehouse work we scope on the floor, because the exceptions that cost you time rarely show up in a process diagram.
Our WMS doesn’t have an API.
Plenty don’t. We can work from scheduled exports, the database or the reports it already produces, and we confirm the route before quoting the build.
Every client wants their reporting in a different format.
That’s a good first automation. Each client gets its own format on its own schedule, generated from the same stock and movement data, and a person only sees the reports that fail a check.
What happens when an automation fails overnight?
We get the alert, not you, and it’s fixed on our infrastructure. Every failure and its cause appears in the monthly report.
