Workflow Automation

The recurring admin, document handling, approvals and reporting wired end to end. We build it, test it on your real data, then run it for you.

Why this work is worth doing

The work that eats a week is rarely difficult. It is a person opening an email, reading a PDF, typing six fields into another system, checking one number against a second screen and then filing the thing. Done four hundred times a month it is a salary.

We start from the work as it is done today, not from a diagram. Someone walks us through it once, we record the screen, and we write down every decision they make, including the ones they no longer notice making. That document becomes the automation.

What we build

  • /01

    Process audit

Every recurring task listed with the hours it costs, the systems it touches and whether it is worth automating. Yours to keep whatever you decide next.

  • /02

    Built and tested automations

Running against your real data in a staging environment before anything goes live, with a written test log you can read.

  • /03

    Monitoring and alerting

Failed runs retry, then queue for a human. We get the alert. You get the monthly report with every failure listed.

Questions we get about Workflow Automation

How long does a build take?

Two to four weeks for a single workflow, longer where several systems have to be connected first. You get the date at the end of scope and we hold to it.

What if our process changes?

Small changes are covered by the Run retainer. A material change to the process is quoted separately, and we tell you the number before we touch anything.

Do you replace our software?

No. We connect the software you already have. Replacing a working system is expensive and rarely the reason the work is slow.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The automations, the documentation and the configuration are yours, and we hand them over if you leave.

What happens to the people doing the work now?

In every engagement so far they have moved onto the work that was being neglected. We are not in a position to promise that for your business, but it is worth deciding before you start.

Can we start with one workflow?

That is what we recommend. One task, live, measured, and then you decide whether the second one is worth it.

Tell us the task. We'll tell you if it's worth automating.

Twenty minutes is usually enough to know. If it is not a good fit we will say so.
