What we automate first

  • /01

    Manifest and booking intake

Requests arriving by email or PDF read, slotted against real dock availability and confirmed automatically.

  • /02

    Proof of delivery matching

Photographs and signatures read, matched to the job and attached to the invoice, with the unmatched queued.

  • /03

    Carrier invoice reconciliation

Checked nightly against delivery records, with discrepancies over your threshold flagged for dispute.

  • /04

    Client reporting

Per-client stock and movement reports generated to each client format, on their schedule.

An example automation

Every client wants a different weekly stock and movement report, all built by hand. Reports generate per client to their own format instead.

Questions from Logistics & Distribution firms

Our TMS is old

Most are. We work with exports, a read replica or a controlled interface. We tell you which during scope rather than after.

Can it book slots without a person?

Yes, against real availability and your rules. Anything outside them comes to a person with the reason attached.

How accurate is POD reading?

Good enough that the exceptions are the work. Confidence is scored per document and low scores are queued, not guessed.

Tell us the task. We'll tell you if it's worth automating.

Twenty minutes is usually enough to know. If it is not a good fit we will say so.
